On this page
GovSarkariResult.com publishes information about government jobs, results, admit cards, answer keys, admissions, and exam syllabi across India. This policy explains how we source, verify, publish, and correct that information — so candidates can trust what they read here.
Independence and disclosure
GovSarkariResult.com is privately owned and independently operated by Narender Chaudhary (Founder & Editorial Lead). We are not a government website, recruitment agency, examination authority, or any official body. We have no financial, commercial, or contractual relationship with any government department, its officers, or its employees. Read our full Disclaimer for the complete extent of this independence.
Editorial mission
Our mission is straightforward: take publicly available government information that’s scattered across dozens of official portals and make it discoverable in a single, mobile-friendly place. We never invent facts, never speculate on results before they’re declared, and never charge candidates for any service offered on this site.
Sources we use
Every posting on GovSarkariResult.com is sourced from a verifiable official channel. Our primary sources include:
- Staff Selection Commission —
ssc.gov.in - Union Public Service Commission —
upsc.gov.in - Railway Recruitment Boards — RRB Chandigarh, Chennai, Mumbai, Allahabad and others
- National Testing Agency —
nta.ac.in(CUET, JEE, NEET, UGC NET, etc.) - Institute of Banking Personnel Selection —
ibps.in - State Public Service Commissions — UPPSC, BPSC, MPPSC, RPSC, HPPSC and others
- Public Sector Undertakings — BSNL, ONGC, NTPC, IOCL, GAIL, BHEL, NPCIL, etc.
- Universities and admission portals — DU, JNU, IGNOU, BHU, AMU and state universities
- Defence recruitment portals — Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, CRPF, BSF, CISF
- State education boards and examination authorities
We do not source from social-media rumours, unverified blogs, paid coaching-website press releases, or unattributed PDFs floating on messaging apps.
Publishing process
Every posting passes through this pipeline before going live on the site:
- Source verification — the original notification PDF or webpage is opened on the official portal and saved as a reference
- Fact extraction — title, organization, vacancy count, key dates, application fees, eligibility criteria, and the official application URL are pulled directly from the source
- Editorial rewrite — the posting is rewritten in clear, candidate-friendly language. We never copy-paste the official notification verbatim
- Cross-check — a second pass confirms that dates, fees, eligibility, and the official URL all match the source
- Schema markup — structured data (JobPosting, NewsArticle, Article, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList) is added so search engines understand the page accurately
- Bilingual delivery — English is published first; Hindi follows as soon as the translation is ready and verified
- Post-publication monitoring — scheduled re-checks against the source portal for the lifetime of the posting (until the deadline passes)
Use of AI
We are transparent about our use of artificial intelligence in our editorial workflow. Some portions of our content — rich descriptive paragraphs, FAQ answers, and Hindi translations — are drafted with assistance from large language models (specifically Claude by Anthropic).
However, the following rules are non-negotiable:
- No fact ever originates from an AI model. Every date, fee, vacancy number, eligibility criterion, and official URL is verified against the source notification by a human editor
- AI is used purely for language work — rewriting raw scraped HTML into clean prose, drafting natural Hindi translations, and structuring FAQ sections
- The final published version is reviewed by an editor before going live
- If you spot a discrepancy between our content and the official source, the official source always wins — please report it via the Contact page
Updates and corrections
Government notifications change frequently — deadlines get extended, fees get revised, vacancy numbers get clarified, addenda are issued. We handle this in three ways:
- Continuous monitoring — scheduled re-checks against the source portal until the deadline passes
- “Last updated” date on every posting reflects the most recent verification, not just the original publication date
- Reader-submitted corrections — any candidate who spots an error can report it via the Contact page. We acknowledge within 48 hours and publish the verified fix within 24 hours
When a posting is materially corrected (not just a typo fix), we add a brief “Updated” note at the bottom of the affected section.
What we don’t do
To set clear expectations:
- We do not sell PDFs of question papers, answer keys, or “leaked” exam material
- We do not offer paid coaching, selection coaching, or “guaranteed selection” services
- We do not collect any application fees on behalf of any government body
- We do not sell candidate data to third parties (see Privacy Policy)
- We do not publish content without naming the official source
- We do not accept payment in exchange for editorial coverage of any post or organisation
If anyone claims to represent GovSarkariResult.com and asks you for money for any reason, that is a scam. Report it to cybercrime.gov.in and to our Contact page immediately.
Conflict of interest
To preserve editorial independence:
- Our editorial team does not hold any financial position (stocks, options, equity) in any organisation we cover
- We do not accept gifts, payments, or favours from any government body, recruitment agency, or coaching institute in exchange for editorial coverage
- If a paid sponsorship or affiliate relationship ever appears on this site in the future, it will be clearly labelled as such in the relevant placement

Review schedule
This Editorial Policy is reviewed every 6 months by the editorial lead and updated whenever our practices or applicable Indian laws change materially.
